Justification
- Safety: This portion of Eden Terrace Road serves as an alternate route to Cherry Road. Since Eden Terrace Road was primarily designed to accommodate residential development, this additional traffic causes delays and numerous collisions
- Traffic Volume: 9,200 vehicles per day; expected to increase to 13,700 vehicles per day by 2022
Purpose
- To provide additional roadway capacity and improve traffic operations
Planned Improvements
- Upgrade Eden Terrace to a three-lane section including a center turn lane with curb and gutter
- Install sidewalks
